Requesting
a Home Visit
For the genuinely housebound, a Doctor will
visit you at home as soon as possible.
You will appreciate that you would be seen more quickly and efficiently
within the Surgery.
To help your Doctor plan the visiting round, try to request the home
visit between 9.00am and 10.30am.
It will be necessary to give – in strict confidence –
some details to the Receptionist:
full name of patient,
address (directions if the location is unusual),
a telephone number if possible
and the main features of the problem so that urgency can be assessed.
