Being overweight has serious implications for your future health, particularly with regard to your heart and to the risk of developing Diabetes. It is much easier to NOT GAIN WEIGHT than to lose the weight later on. We would recommend adopting a healthy lifestyle by taking regular exercise on a daily basis, and by eating healthily and keeping slim.
