From 1 October 2025, you can submit online consultation requests during our core hours, 8.00am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday. We are pleased to inform you that all online requests will be responded to within one working day, ensuring timely attention to your needs.

Routine Requests Include:

  • Prescription renewals
  • Follow-up appointments
  • General health advice
  • Non-urgent test results

Please Note: Online requests are limited to routine matters. For urgent medical needs, please contact us directly by telephone.

Walk-In:

While online consultation requests are convenient for routine matters, any urgent medical needs should be telephoned through to the Surgery. Urgent requests include:

  • High fever
  • Shortness of breath
